- Παραδίδεις φαγητά και ποτά στους πελάτες
- Ενημερώνεις για το μενού, τις προσφορές και τα υλικά
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα και ειδικά αιτήματα με επαγγελματισμό
- Εκτελείς συναλλαγές με χρήση του POS
- Συντονίζεις με την κουζίνα για την έγκαιρη εκτέλεση παραγγελιών
- Παρασκευάζεις απλά προϊόντα όπως καφέδες και σμούθι
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα τραπεζιών, πάγκων και του χώρου του καφέ
- Ελέγχεις τα αποθέματα και ενημερώνεις το Υπεύθυνο
- Συμμετέχεις στις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος και κλεισίματος του καφέ
