- Διατηρείς και αναπτύσσεις στρατηγικές σχέσεις με μεγάλους και ανεξάρτητους προμηθευτές καυσίμων
- Βοηθάς στη βελτιστοποίηση της στρατηγικής αγοράς Diesel Fuel σύμφωνα με τις στρατηγικές επιλογές της Ομάδας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και εφαρμόζεις γνώση βασικών θεμάτων Ναυτιλιακών Καυσίμων για Σιγκαπούρη και άλλες σημαντικές τοποθεσίες
- Διενεργείς διαπραγματεύσεις και εγκρίνεις βραχυπρόθεσμα και μακροπρόθεσμα συμβόλαια bunker
- Παράγεις μελλοντικές αγοραστικές προβλέψεις και στρατηγικές διαχείρισης κινδύνου τιμών
- Εποπτεύεις τη λειτουργία διαδικασιών bunker και διαχείριση λειτουργικών κινδύνων
- Διεξάγεις due diligence για προμηθευτές καυσίμων όσον αφορά ποιότητα, αξιοπιστία και πιστοληπτική ικανότητα
- Επιβλέπεις την ομαλή εκτέλεση των συμβάσεων και παραδόσεων bunker σε Σιγκαπούρη και άλλες περιοχές
- Συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά με εσωτερικές ομάδες για ευθυγράμμιση με KPIs
- Εγκρίνεις τιμολόγια καυσίμων για τελική πληρωμή
- Υποστηρίζεις την επίλυση ζητημάτων που ανακύπτουν από την ομάδα bunker
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση Master Mariners
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος bunker
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Κατανόηση Αγοράς Ναυτιλιακών Καυσίμων και Λειτουργική Κατανόηση Επιχειρήσεων Ναυτιλιακών Καυσίμων
- Δεξιότητες Διαπραγμάτευσης και Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας
- Ποσοτική Ανάλυση και Στρατηγική Λήψη Αποφάσεων
- Διαχείριση Σχέσεων με Προμηθευτές και Διαχείριση Κινδύνου
- Due Diligence και Έγκριση Τιμολογίων
- Εμπειρία στη χρήση MS Office και Διαχείριση Άγχους
- Υποστήριξη εκπαίδευσης Master Mariners
- Οικονομικά / Ναυτιλιακές Σπουδές / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
