- Επιβλέπεις τις λειτουργικές διαδικασίες και τον κίνδυνο των λειτουργιών bunker
- Βελτιστοποιείς τις διαδικασίες προμήθειας spot fuel σε συνάρτηση με τις κινήσεις της αγοράς
- Πραγματοποιείς due diligence στους προμηθευτές καυσίμων για ποιότητα, φήμη, υπηρεσίες και πιστοληπτική ικανότητα
- Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση προτύπων ποιότητας και τεχνικών παραμέτρων στα καύσιμα
- Επιβλέπεις την ομαλή εκτέλεση του προγραμματισμού και λειτουργίας συμβάσεων και παραδόσεων spot
- Αλληλεπιδράς αποτελεσματικά με εσωτερικούς stakeholders για ευθυγράμμιση στόχων
- Εγκρίνεις τιμολόγια bunker για τελική πληρωμή
- Υποστηρίζεις και παρακολουθείς τη διαχείριση αξιώσεων bunker και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση των Μάστερ Ναυτικών
- Ηγείσαι ομαλά της λειτουργίας του bunker desk του στόλου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 15+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Βασικές γνώσεις Marine Fuels για Σιγκαπούρη και άλλες βασικές αγορές
- Διαπραγμάτευση συμβολαίων bunker βραχυπρόθεσμων και μακροπρόθεσμων
- Στρατηγικές διαχείρισης κινδύνου τιμών και ανάλυση τάσεων αγοράς
- Εποπτεία λειτουργικών διαδικασιών bunker και εκτίμηση προμηθευτών (due diligence)
- Έγκριση τιμολογίων bunker και διαχείριση συμβολαίων
- MS Office Suite και χρήση ποσοτικών δεδομένων για υποστήριξη αποφάσεων

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Marine Fuels Desk Lead.
Key Responsibilities
STRATEGIC DECISIONS
- Implement optimum fuel contracting and time of contracting (esp. Sing);
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with major and independent fuel suppliers;
- Assist in optimizing the DF purchasing strategy in conjunction with the Group's strategic choices;
MARINE FUELS PURCHASES - PRICE OPTIMIZATION
- Be fluent in Marine Fuels fundamentals for Singapore and other key ports to manage volume/price exposure;
- Implement and assist the Marine Fuels Director in Negotiation and Fixture of long-term/short-term bunker contracts for Singapore and other strategic locations;
- Originate future market insights and hedging opportunities, and price risk management strategies;
- Good supervision of operational processes and operational risks;
- Good optimization of bunker desks, Spot fuel procurement with market moves;
OVERVIEW OF OPS - DUE DILIGENCE
- Perform the due diligence of fuel supplying counterparties in respect of quality, integrity, level of service and creditworthiness;
- Safeguard main quality standards and technical parameters are maintained on the fuels ordered;
- Maintain good oversight of smooth scheduling and operation of contracts and spot-purchased deliveries in Singapore and other supply locations;
- Interaction with internal stakeholders very effectively (Commercial, Technical, Operations and Group functions) to ensure alignment with their main KPIs;
- Approval of bunker invoices for final payment;
- Support and follow up on bunker claims handling and problem resolving by the bunker team;
- Assist in Master Mariners Training;
- Lead to the smooth operation of the bunker desk;
Candidate must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Maritime studies or a relevant field.
- 15+ years of relevant working experience; preferably 5+ years of experience in managerial roles.
- Excellent understanding of the Marine Fuels market.
- Excellent usage of quantitative information to make decisions.
- Able to perform under stressful situations in a stress-relieving way for the organization, the team and the external counterparties and maintain a professional approach.
- Excellent operational understanding of the MF businesses and own fleet needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- PC Literate and excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
