- Παρακολουθείς, συντηρείς και υποστηρίζεις συστήματα IT, υπολογιστές, εκτυπωτές, δικτυακό εξοπλισμό, hardware και software.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι υποδομές internet και intranet, mail servers και clients, εργαλεία αυτοματοποίησης γραφείου, antivirus, backup και εφαρμογές ασφάλειας.
- Υποστηρίζεις χρήστες και επιλύεις καθημερινά ζητήματα ERP πρώτου επιπέδου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των καταστημάτων λιανικής.
- Ρυθμίζεις επίπεδα πρόσβασης και ασφάλειας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα τμήματα για την κατανόηση διαδικασιών και αναγκών, διορθώνεις προβλήματα και προτείνεις λύσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς νέες τεχνολογίες και πιθανές τεχνολογικές λύσεις και συντονίζεις νέα έργα IT και επιχειρηματική ανάπτυξη.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Υποστήριξη συστημάτων IT και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων hardware και software
- Διαχείριση Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID και Microsoft Intune
- Office 365/Exchange, Windows Server και PowerShell
- Βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων και ροές εργασιών IT Service Management
- Υποστήριξη ERP και διαχείριση IT υποδομών
- Υποστήριξη Android και iOS και διαχείριση IT ασφάλειας και συστημάτων backup

Today, with an operating fleet of 142 vessels with a total DWT of 23m, the Angelicoussis Group is the largest shipping group owned by Greek interests and one of the world’s largest privately-owned fleets. Continuing our rapid expansion, we have 15 vessels currently under construction.
