Τι θα κάνεις
- Εξασφαλίζεις τα προσόντα, τις άδειες και τα πιστοποιητικά αξιωματικών και πληρωμάτων σύμφωνα με MLC/STCW και τους ελληνικούς κανονισμούς σημαίας.
- Εκτελείς έλεγχο δέουσας επιμέλειας για την επιλογή καταρτισμένων και έμπειρων αξιωματικών και μελών πληρώματος.
- Ελέγχεις τα επίπεδα στελέχωσης σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις Manning, το Crew Matrix και τις απαιτήσεις vetting κάθε πλοίου.
- Τηρείς ενημερωμένο αντίγραφο της λίστας πληρώματος κάθε πλοίου.
- Εποπτεύεις και συντονίζεις την επικοινωνία με τους συνεργαζόμενους Crew Managers.
- Παρακολουθείς και αξιολογείς την απόδοση των ναυτικών και εντοπίζεις τις ανάγκες εκπαίδευσής τους.
- Καταρτίζεις και προτείνεις σχέδιο εκπαίδευσης στον Crew Manager.
- Ελέγχεις και τηρείς αρχεία των απαιτούμενων εγγράφων των μελών πληρώματος.
- Συντονίζεις με Port Agents και Crew Managers τη μετάβαση και την επιστροφή πληρωμάτων από και προς τα πλοία.
- Αλληλογραφείς με τις διοικήσεις σημαίας των πλοίων και τα manning agencies για θέματα πληρωμάτων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Crew operations, Manning level management & Manning requirements and crew matrix
- Maritime licenses and certificates, MLC/STCW compliance & Greek Flag Regulations
- Crew selection and due diligence, Seafarer performance evaluation & Crew training needs assessment
- Crew documentation management, Crew dispatch coordination & Port agent liaison
- Crew manager liaison & Maritime correspondence
- MS Office Suite
