As a Yoga Trainer you will

·        Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety

·        Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities & services

·        Be responsible for all Yoga related activities, and for the safety of the guests in the Yoga room or in the outside area where you perform Yoga

·        Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets

·        Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and be an active member of the Spa & Wellness team

·        Individualize Yoga classes that meet the guests’ needs and expectations, in cooperation with the Director of Spa & Wellness

·        Be responsible for the Yoga room and the cleanliness of the equipment we use for Yoga (mats, blocks, etc)

·        Be a role model for a healthy and responsible lifestyle, live the Yoga ethos

·        Follow company guidelines regards uniform and personal presentation guidelines

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in a similar role. Previous 5-star hospitality experience is preferred

·        Degree/Diploma of Yoga education, preferred 200 HRS or 500 HRS accredited Yoga alliance proof

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Interpersonal and organizational skills

·        Be physically and mentally prepared to offer one or two yoga sessions a day on different levels (6 days working a week)
