As a Sous Chef you will

·        Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

·        Have a thorough understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures related to Health & Safety

·        Inspect raw materials to ensure quality and report any shortages

·        Participate in menu planning and food preparation within the hotel

·        Train and evaluate your team members in collaboration with the Head Chef•

·        Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

·        Graduate of a culinary school

·        2-3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel will be considered an asset)

·        Experience in a fine dining restaurant will be considered an asset

·        Fluency in Greek, both spoken and written, is required

·        Knowledge of English is desirable

·        Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food handling

·        Familiarity with new gastronomic trends

·        Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to grow

·        Professional appearance and behavior, focused on delivering high-quality service

·        Leadership and organizational skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with all departments
