As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee, you will…

·       Contribute to the daily supervision of housekeeping staff

·       Be trained in inspect rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness

·       Participate in the creation and management of shift schedules, as well as coordinating replacements in case of absences

·       Support team motivation and assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the workday

·       Responding to guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency

·       Monitor the stock of cleaning products and contribute to their replenishment

·       Ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene policies across all areas of the department’s operations

Entry Requirements:

·       Currently studying in the field of hospitality, tourism, or a related area.

·       Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

·       Strong interest in learning housekeeping procedures and team management.

·       Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn about human resource management and daily operations.
