As a hostess/host you will…

• Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures
• Schedule reservations and gather additional information of guest ‘s preferences
• Prevent and handle guest issues and concerns in an efficient and professional manner

​Entry Requirements:

• Have experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written (a second language will be considered as an asset)
• Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
