As a Guest Experience Agent you will…

• Satisfy guest needs and exceeding guest expectations your top priority
• Greet guests by name and escorting them on a tour of the hotel on the way to their room
• Perform administration duties and check-in/check-out procedures
• Project a positive hotel image at all times
• Assist with itineraries and preparing necessary vouchers for guest activities

Entry Requirements:

• Experience in a 4 or 5 stars boutique hotel environment
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset
• Great conversational and organizational skills while being teamwork-oriented
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Experience with Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel
• EU citizenship is required
