As a Guest Experience Agent you will

·        Satisfy guest needs and exceeding guest expectations your top priority

·        Greet guests by name and escorting them on a tour of the hotel on the way to their room

·        Perform administration duties and check-in/check-out procedures

·        Project a positive hotel image at all times

·        Assist with itineraries and preparing necessary vouchers for guest activities

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in a 4 or 5 stars boutique hotel environment

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

·        Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset

·        Great conversational and organizational skills while being teamwork-oriented

·        Positive outlook and outgoing personality

·        Experience with Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel

·        EU citizenship is required
