As a Cook (night shift) you will

·        Prepare food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards

·        Complete mise en place and set up stations

·        Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner

·        Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

·        Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

·        Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Entry Requirements

·        Excellent command of the Greek or English language

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·       Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
