As a bellman you will…

• Greet guests and assist with luggage, providing exceptional customer service
• Deliver luggage & packages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Issue room keys
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Entry Requirements:

• Knowledge of English Language
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest traffic
