As a member of our Sommeliers team you will…

• Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Contribute to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Deal with guests & answering any questions regarding wine list
• Assist with the wine list development
• Maintain the wine list to be up to date & free of errors

Entry Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Wine knowledge (accreditation / certificate)
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments)
• Organizational and hosting skills
