- Υποδέχεσαι, τακτοποιείς και εξυπηρετείς τους επισκέπτες έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο τον χώρο ευθύνης σου και την ευρύτερη περιοχή.
- Προετοιμάζεις, καθαρίζεις και επαναφέρεις τα τραπέζια αποτελεσματικά.
- Επικοινωνείς με τις ομάδες κουζίνας και bar για τις ανάγκες και τις διατροφικές απαιτήσεις των επισκεπτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών με ψυχραιμία και κλιμακώνεις τα ζητήματα όταν χρειάζεται.
- Συμβάλλεις σε θετικό και συνεργατικό κλίμα στην ομάδα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση φαγητού και ποτών και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών.
- Προετοιμασία και καθαρισμός τραπεζιών, με έμφαση στην καθαριότητα και τάξη.
- Επικοινωνία με τις ομάδες κουζίνας και bar και επίγνωση διατροφικών απαιτήσεων.
- Διαχείριση σχολίων επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό.
- Γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Εργασία υπό πίεση, ευελιξία και νόμιμο δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
