We are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Villa Guest Services colleague who embodies Aman’s commitment to warm, intuitive and personalised hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Villas Supervisor, this role supports the overall villa operation by assisting with guest needs, maintaining villa readiness and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the guest journey. This hands-on position requires reliability, attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Assist in providing thoughtful, personalised and customer-focused service to villa guests.
Support the villa team in preparing villas for arrival and ensuring all areas are well equipped and immaculate.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness across villa premises.
Ensure that all villa areas remain tidy and presentable at all times.
Respond promptly to guest needs and requests, providing warm and professional assistance.
Collaborate closely with Villa Hosts and the wider villa team to ensure seamless operations.
Assist with delivering amenities, equipment and supplies to villas as needed.
Uphold Aman’s service standards, contributing to an atmosphere of calm, order and refinement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within housekeeping, residences or villa operations, preferably in a luxury hotel.
A degree in Hospitality Management is considered an asset.
Good command of English to support high-quality guest interactions.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A reliable, detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset aligned with Aman values.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
