revenue manager (maternity cover – fixed term) - amanzoe

We are currently seeking an analytical and business-minded Revenue Manager to join the team at Amanzoe. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing overall resort revenue through effective yield strategies, rate management, forecasting, and data analysis. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to ensure pricing and inventory decisions support commercial goals and drive profitability across Rooms, Villas, and other revenue-generating outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s reservations and revenue systems to optimize room yield

• Utilize IdeaS RMS G3 to manage transient and group pricing, monitor performance, and support accurate forecasting

• Monitor rates online daily to ensure competitiveness across all channels

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for revenue management tasks

• Create and maintain rooms forecasts and financial outlooks for both Hotel and Villas

• Ensure optimal room inventory configuration and manage availability strategically to maximize revenue

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to implement revenue-generating strategies and actions

• Review and approve group bookings, enforcing cut-off controls to protect ADR and overall profitability

• Manage key revenue management systems and tools (STR, TravelClick, Opera, IdeaS, etc.)

• Deliver monthly revenue reports, analysis, and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality

• In-depth understanding of hotel revenue management systems (especially IdeaS RMS, Opera, STR, TravelClick)

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with high attention to detail

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is an asset

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and strategic planning
