We are currently seeking a passionate Pastry Demi Chef to join our culinary team at Amanzoe. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the successful candidate will assist in the daily preparation and production of breads, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining Amanzoe’s commitment to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the pastry team in preparing and presenting breads, desserts, and pastries across all outlets.
• Ensure consistency in production according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all pastry operations.
• Follow HACCP and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the broader culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to seasonal and event-specific pastry preparations.

Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts with a pastry specialization from a recognised culinary school in Greece or abroad.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant; experience in Michelin-starred environments will be considered an asset.
• A creative and motivated individual with a passion for pastry and precision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
• Fluency in English is desirable but not essential.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
