pastry chef de partie - amanzoe

We are currently seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Amanzoe. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the successful candidate will support the pastry section’s daily operations and production. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative professional with a passion for the art of pastry and dessert creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of all pastry and dessert items across outlets.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with Aman’s culinary standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new pastry items and seasonal menus.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with HACCP standards.
• Oversee junior team members and ensure they are trained and supported in daily tasks.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and ordering as needed.
• Maintain proper storage of all ingredients and products.
• Report equipment maintenance needs and uphold kitchen safety standards.

Requirements

• A professional diploma in Food Production with a pastry specialization from a recognized culinary school.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Demonstrated creativity in pastry design, flavor pairings, and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and disciplined work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Fluency in English is desirable but not essential.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.
