We are seeking a warm, highly organised and guest-focused Guest Experience Agent who embodies Aman’s dedication to personalised, intuitive and exceptional hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager, the Guest Experience Agent plays a crucial role in curating bespoke experiences, supporting guests throughout their stay and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for crafting memorable journeys for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute personalised guest journeys that reflect guest expectations and Aman standards.
Liaise with the Guest Experience Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager to update seasonal Experience Guides, including activity descriptions, pricing and internal communication details.
Assist guests in person, via email and by telephone with booking experiences, restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, celebrations and any special requests.
Support the Front Office with check-ins, lobby hosting and other tasks when required.
Ensure accurate handling of experience confirmations, including special requests such as floral arrangements, cakes and celebratory amenities, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Represent the Front Office as the expert on local experiences, restaurants and activities within the wider Argolida region.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing warm, genuine and informed assistance.
Address guest and leadership feedback related to guest satisfaction.
Ensure the highest quality of guest data within the Guest Profile, including birthdays, accompanying names, dietary needs, allergies and special occasions.
Work closely with the Guest Experience Supervisor and Front Office Supervisor to ensure that all activity bookings and special requests follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships, seeking new seasonal partners and presenting proposals to management.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the concierge function, staying current with new technologies and tools that enhance guest service.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm and professionalism.
Good knowledge of the Argolida region is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, naturally service-driven personality.
A reliable and proactive approach aligned with Aman values.
You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
