- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς τη στρατηγική Sales & Marketing και τον ετήσιο προϋπολογισμό για όλα τα τμήματα αγοράς.
- Καθορίζεις και υλοποιείς στρατηγική για τις βίλες, με στόχο τη μεγιστοποίηση εσόδων και πληρότητας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Reservations και Revenue για ακριβείς προβλέψεις και βέλτιστη διαχείριση yield μέσω εργαλείων όπως το IDeaS.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης στη χαμηλή και ενδιάμεση περίοδο μέσω στοχευμένων προωθητικών ενεργειών και προσφορών.
- Εκπροσωπείς το Amanzoe σε εμπορικές εκθέσεις, sales missions, showcases και κλαδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Καλλιεργείς σχέσεις με DMCs και αναπτύσσεις στρατηγικές συνεργασίες marketing.
- Βελτιώνεις την απόδοση πωλήσεων μέσω business development, lead generation και account management βάσει δεδομένων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις εταιρικές ομάδες Marketing και Social Media της Aman για ευθυγράμμιση και διασφάλιση της ταυτότητας του brand.
- Διαμορφώνεις τοπική στρατηγική περιεχομένου και διαχειρίζεσαι επισκέψεις PR/media και FAM trips.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συνέπεια του υλικού και του branding σύμφωνα με το Aman house style.
- Συντονίζεσαι με τον Sales & Events Executive για τη στρατηγική διαχείριση ομαδικών κρατήσεων και buyouts.
- Εποπτεύεις τη διαχείριση φήμης, την επικοινωνία κρίσεων και τα στρατηγικά μηνύματα του resort.
- Συμβάλλεις στις ενημερώσεις των Aman.com και Trade Portal, διασφαλίζοντας ακρίβεια και τοπική προσαρμογή περιεχομένου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με τοπικά PR agencies και συνεργάζεσαι με την ιδιοκτησία για πρωτοβουλίες marketing των Aman Residences.
