We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef who embodies Aman’s commitment to excellence to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Sous Chef, the Demi Chef plays an essential role in supporting daily food preparation, maintaining culinary standards and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. This position requires creativity, strong teamwork and a genuine passion for gastronomy, contributing to the exceptional dining experiences that define Aman hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily food preparation and cooking processes to meet Aman culinary standards.

• Execute assigned duties with precision, consistency and attention to detail.

• Ensure that all ingredients are prepared, stored and handled according to food safety guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and refined dining experiences.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and readiness of kitchen work areas.

• Contribute to menu execution and the preparation of dishes during service.

• Uphold quality and presentation standards across all assigned stations.

• Support senior chefs with operational requirements as needed.

Requirements

• A degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution in Greece or abroad.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is considered an advantage.

• Fluency in English is desirable.

• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• A creative, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset aligned with Aman values.

• You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
