As a Wholesale Banking Business Development Specialist, you will monitor and analyze the business budget, prepare insightful reports and presentations, and actively contribute to strategic projects across all Wholesale Banking areas. 

What you will be doing

• Participate in overseeing the financial aspects of the Wholesale Banking Business Areas, including budget allocation and execution monitoring.

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, reporting on progress toward organizational goals.

• Prepare insightful and engaging presentations addressed to various levels of Management, investors and other external parties.

• Assist in the preparation and the updating of analyses and reports addressed to external and internal counterparties.

• Participate in key projects in the Wholesale Banking agenda, including transformation initiatives, commercial and operational initiatives of a tactical/ strategic nature.

• Assist in the drafting and updating of reports and the Bank’s procedures and policies.  

• Collaborate with the IT Digital Services and Data Analytics teams, in the context of the continous development and improvement of platforms and digital tools.

• Collect and analyze market and portfolio data in order to identify potential opportunities and risks and support business decisions. 

What you need to have 

• A minimum of four (4) to six (6) years in relevant position.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or other relevant field.

• A Master's degree in Banking and Finance is considered a strong asset

• Digital Literacy

• Full professional competency in English language (oral and written)

• Project manangement skills

• Data visualization tools are highly appreciated

• Stakeholder management skills
