As Transaction Banking Products Senior Specialist you will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the development of transaction products.

What you will be doing

• Develop new products and services or updates existing line in the areas of Transaction Banking.
• Follow market trends, conduct market surveys to update the Bank’s portfolio of products and services.
• Participate in relevant interbank Bodies (e.g. HBA, SWIFT, DIAS) to follow updates in products and participate in industry wide product development initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of the Bank’s market position versus market trends and the competition, aiming to improve the Bank’s penetration.
• Monitor the products’ official price list through the Bank’s approval process.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of transaction products and services in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).or
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of previous working experience in client-facing role, in the Financial Services industry, preferably in the Wholesale Banking.
• Familiarity with Product Design and Development and with Trade and Treasury Transactions.
• Project Management Skills.
• Complex Problem Solving.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Team Spirit & Collaboration.
