- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και τη διατήρηση τεκμηρίωσης τεχνολογικού σχεδιασμού και διακυβέρνησης
- Βοηθάς στον συντονισμό των ετήσιων δραστηριοτήτων τεχνολογικού σχεδιασμού και ανασκοπήσεων χαρτοφυλακίου
- Διατηρείς δεδομένα έργων και χαρτοφυλακίου, διασφαλίζοντας ακρίβεια και συνέπεια πληροφοριών
- Υποστηρίζεις την παρακολούθηση τεχνολογικών πρωτοβουλιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προθεσμιών, οροσήμων και βασικών εξαρτήσεων
- Προετοιμάζεις τακτικές αναφορές, πίνακες εργαλείων και παρουσιάσεις για τη διοίκηση και τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη
- Συλλέγεις και ενοποιείς πληροφορίες από τεχνολογικές ομάδες για την υποστήριξη κύκλων σχεδιασμού και αναφορών
- Υποστηρίζεις συναντήσεις διακυβέρνησης προετοιμάζοντας υλικό, παρακολουθώντας ενέργειες και διατηρώντας αρχεία
- Συνεισφέρεις σε πρωτοβουλίες βελτίωσης διαδικασιών που αφορούν σχεδιασμό, διακυβέρνηση και αναφορές
- Αναφέρεις ζητήματα ποιότητας δεδομένων, ασυνέπειες αναφορών και προκλήσεις υλοποίησης όπου απαιτείται
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων και στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός τεχνολογίας
- Ανάλυση επιχειρήσεων και διακυβέρνηση τεχνολογίας
- Αναφορές χαρτοφυλακίου, προγραμματισμός και παρακολούθηση απόδοσης
- Ικανότητες ανάλυσης και οργάνωσης
- Χρήση PowerPoint, Excel και εργαλείων αναφορών
- Επικοινωνία, συνεργασία και διαχείριση ενδιαφερομένων
- Πληροφορική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανικήκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Specialist within Technology Strategic Planning & Value, the role supports the execution, monitoring, and reporting of technology strategic planning activities. The position contributes to the maintenance of planning artefacts, portfolio reporting, and governance processes, ensuring the availability of accurate information to support decision-making across the CDTO organization.
What you will be doing
• Support the preparation and maintenance of technology planning and governance documentation
• Assist in the coordination of annual technology planning activities and portfolio reviews
• Maintain project and portfolio data, ensuring information accuracy and consistency
• Support the monitoring of technology initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and key dependencies
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Collect and consolidate information from technology teams to support planning and reporting cycles
• Support governance meetings by preparing materials, tracking actions, and maintaining records
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to planning, governance, and reporting
• Escalate data quality issues, reporting inconsistencies, and implementation challenges as appropriate
What you need to have
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• A Master's degree will be considered an asset
• Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in PMO, project management, strategic planning, business analysis, or technology governance
• Good understanding of technology organizations, project delivery, and governance practices
• Familiarity with portfolio reporting, planning, and performance monitoring processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
