systems operation agent

As a Systems Operation Agent Coordinator you will join in the IT Infrastructure and Operations Business Area and and you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily operation of the Data Center systems and applications. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

What you will be doing

•    Coordinate the smooth incorporation of new services into the Production Environment.
•    Design, schedule, and monitor the automated execution of  flows both in production and test environments
•    Operate and oversee systems and applications related to reporting and data distribution.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, service continuity, and incident resolution.

What you need to have

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•    Up to one (1) year of experience in IT (internship or entry-level role acceptable).
•    Good knowledge of scripting and system automation (experience with workload automation software will be considered a plus).
•    Very good command of MS Office.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
•    High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ability to perform under pressure.
