structured bilateral loans specialist

As Structured Bilateral Loans Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation of the activities required for the issuance and disbursement of Structured Bilateral and Bilateral Bond Loans for the Wholesale clientele.

What you will be doing

•   Collaborating with Client Coverage teams on structuring transactions.

•   Working with relevant legal advisors, whether internal or external, to draft necessary contractual documents, ensure collateral perfection, and obtain corporate authorizations as needed.

•   Engaging in negotiations with clients to finalize contractual agreements.

•   Overseeing the collection of supporting documents required for financing and ensures that necessary information is gathered.

•   Cooperating with Credit Services and the Branch Network, as needed, to provide instructions for coordinating disbursements.

•   Monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions and communicates updates to the relevant Business Unit and customers.

•   Tracking the transaction pipeline to ensure timely and successful completion.

What you need to have

•   A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

•   A postgraduate degree in Finance, Business or Computer Science will be considered an asset.

•   At least two (2) years of previous working experience in structured and investment project financings.

•   Familiarity with financing legal documentation will be considered an asset.

•   Advanced use of the Windows operating system and of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

•   Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
