As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for leading important digital projects across the CDTO Area.
What you will be doing
• Lead important/strategic projects across the Chief of Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO) Area and between CDTO and other Business Areas of the Bank.
• Support the process of synthesizing and maintaining the master plan for all important projects across the CDTO Area, including planning, budget and project status.
• Identify and proactively addresse critical issues that may impede the progress of important projects and initiatives, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assess their impact, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate and facilitate the creation of presentations and reports primarily aimed at Top Management and internal Stakeholders, following the Bank's methodology and best practices
• Support evaluation and enhancement of governance processes and protocols to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the CDTO Area.
What you need to have
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
• A Master’ s degree in business, or related field is preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of working experience in Project Management role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
