As a Systems Engineer you will be placed in the Bank’s IT Infrastructure & Operations Division and you will be responsible for administering Exchange Server and Exchange Online. The position will also assist in setting up, configuring, administering, and recovering Windows Systems effectively and efficiently, communicating with team members and business stakeholders, and meeting very strict SLA’s.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team environment.
What you will be doing
• Keep the systems up to date regarding to any security, vulnerability, and risk framework of the organization.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the systems and perform capacity planning.
• Interact with other team members and cross-IT staff on support and project activities
• Performing maintenance of the Exchange platform and servers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Exchange issues or malfunctions.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant technical-oriented field
• At least two (2) years of experience as Exchange Administrator (on-prem, Online)
• Experience in MS Windows Server operating systems and PowerShell scripting
• Relevant experience in Active Directory and Entra Administration.
• Microsoft Certification in Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate
• Experience in Power BI reports.
