In this role, you will engage frequently with ΙΤ, Cyber Security, Digital Banking, Data Governance business and functional units across the Bank and the wider International Group, providing valuable insights and challenging the effectiveness of respective ICT and operational risk management processes.

We are looking for a candidate with a solid ICT technical background and internal audit experience combined with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. A demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex processes and contribute effectively to team and organizational objectives is essential.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT processes followed at Group level.

  • Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of information systems and applications.

  • Review, evaluate and test application controls.

  • Complete audit working papers by documenting audit tests and findings.

  • Provide recommendations on identified issues.

  • Keep abreast of the new audit developments and apply international practices and standards (IIA, ISACA - CoBIT, ITIL etc.).


 

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or in another quantitative field of study (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics or any other related discipline).

  • Up to seven (7) years of professional experience in one of the following fields:

Network/System/Database/Development/Application Administration;

IT Security;

ICT Audit

  • Knowledge of banking environment will be considered a plus.

  • A professional qualification, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or any other related audit/technical designation, will be considered an asset.

  • Communication, report writing and presentation skills.

  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
