digital reporting and support specialist

As a Digital Reporting and Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing reporting, and administrative tasks to facilitate efficient project management.

What you will be doing

•     Collect and analyze data related to digital projects, identifying trends, performance metrics, and key insights.
•     Prepare reports and dashboards to provide valuable project insights.
•     Generate regular project status reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal stakeholders and management.
•     Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and project-related communications. Ensures that project records are organized and readily accessible.
•     Contribute to Project Management of important/strategic projects across the G&I Business Unit and between G&I and other units of the Bank
•     Assist in managing and coordinating critical aspects pertaining to audit and operational risk
•     Assist in gathering data and preparing reports for the regulatory and supervisory authorities.

What you need to have

•     A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields of study
•     Previous work experience in financial services/banking will be considered a strong plus.
•     At least three (3) years experience of working experience in reporting
•     Excellent communication skills
•     Critical thinking ​and attention to detailP
•     Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and of MS Project.E
•     Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
