As a Digital Communications Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and engaging both internal and external Customers by providing information and training on e-Banking, encouraging the adoption of digital channels, and contributing to the acquisition of new users and the retention of existing retail and business e-Banking customers.

What you will be doing 

 

•     Coordinate the execution of targeted multi-channel customer campaigns and actively contribute to the development of automated and ad hoc promotional initiatives aimed at strengthening customer acquisition and retention of Retail and Business e-Banking Customers. 
•     Promote Bank’s digital channels, products and services across internal platforms (Intranet), the corporate website and social media in collaboration with relevant Divisions, ensuring consistency of presence and messages.
•     Coordinate the design and implementation of communication and promotional content across digital channels in collaboration with relevant business units to ensure consistency and alignment with key priorities.
•     Evaluate the effectiveness of communications based on digital engagement metrics and propose improvement actions where needed.
•     Manage the design and delivery of a diverse range of learning tools such as e-learning courses, interactive multimedia content, step-by-step user guides, and other educational resources to effectively support both employees and customers in their digital journeys.
•     Manage and respond to customer queries across various contact points regarding the functionality, usage, and troubleshooting of the Bank’s digital services, ensuring a seamless and informed customer experience.

 

What you need to have

 

•    A Bachelor’ s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital or relevant field.
•    A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred.
•    At least three (3) years of working experience in a relevant position in a services business or in the financial sector 
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 
•    Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
