copywrite associate (fixed tem)

As a Copywrite Associate you will be responsible for managing digital copywriting activities, and digital communication as well as participating in the design of the digital marketing and communications strategy.

What you will be doing

•  Create, edit and update technical and marketing content for the Bank’s digital channels.

•  Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (Product Owners, UX/UI team etc.) to create copy and messaging that helps shaping a consistent brand experience across all channels, ensuring greater user comprehension and conversion rates.

•  Produce clear, concise, error-free content that adheres to style guidelines.

•  Meet with subject matter experts to understand specialized topics and ensure appropriate content creation, while maintaining marketing best practices.

•  Produce long- and short-form copy appropriate to a variety of segments and audiences.

•  Work closely with UX and UI designers to improve the overall product user flows.

•  Understand target audience, identify key messages and work with creative teams to ensure that the visual elements of the channels complement the words with the latest industry trends and best practices.

What you need to have

•  A Bachelor’ s degree in Greek or English Literature, Translation, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or relevant field.

•  A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred.

•  At least one (1) to three (3) years of working experience related to customer-facing digital copywriting (e.g. digital journeys, website content). 

•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•  Knowledge of translation techniques and CAT tools (preferably Trados Studio), of UX practices, will be considered significant assets.

•  Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

•  Attention to detail. 

•  A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 

•  Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

•  Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
