As an Asset Liability Associate you will be participating in the assessment of the Bank’s assets and liabilities profile.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the monitoring of the debt securities Investments portfolio of the Bank and the Group (Amortized Cost Portfolio) and produce relevant position reports on a monthly and on an ad hoc basis

• Participate in the production and development of reports related to hedging derivatives across the Bank’s balance sheet 

• Contribute to projects and presentations related to debt securities portfolio management

• Participate in research related to Balance Sheet management thematics 

• Participate in the production of reports incorporated in the Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCo)

• Prepare Investment Committee materials for the Bank’s subsidiaries

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field (preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience in Banking, Asset/Liability Management or related field

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Excellent knowledge of Excel

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office

• Knowledge of Power BI, VBA and Think-Cell would be an Asset

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
