The Alpha Talent Acceleration Program | Internal Audit is designed for ambitious early-career professionals eager to fast-track their careers and make a lasting impact in the world of Internal Audit.

 

During this 12-month program you will be working in Alpha Bank’s Internal Audit Business Area. With on-the-job training and guidance, you will be able to participate in audit assignments across various business functions and contribute to ensuring effective controls are in place to manage our risks.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Participate in risk-based audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control systems.
  • Participate in the preparation of audit reports that provide an independent evaluation of related risks and controls.
  • Provide recommendations based on audit findings and best practices and follow-up on the implementation and resolution of these.
  • Assist in specialized audits and fraud investigations, following the directions of the Team Leader or the Manager.

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s and/or a postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Business Administration or in any other related field.
  • Some previous work experience in the field of internal audit and/or in the banking or in the financial industry will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Greek and in English.
  • Attention to detail, methodical approach, and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient use of the MS Office applications.
