As a Delivery Lead, you will join in Data Management & Data Quality Management and you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple data warehouse and data quality projects. You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.

What you will be doing

•    Own and oversee the full delivery lifecycle of solutions within the Data Management and Data Quality Management Domain
•    Coordinate the prioritization, assignment, and tracking of incoming demand across the team
•    Collaborate with Functional Engineers, Software Engineers, and Delivery Coordinators to ensure alignment and smooth execution
•    Communicate regularly with business stakeholders regarding delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and status of the projects
•    Monitor progress against defined milestones and proactively manage delivery risks and issues
•    Participate in project planning and contribute to high-level estimations and resource planning
•    Ensure that delivery KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, quality, velocity) are monitored, reported, and improved over time
•    Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying delivery bottlenecks and optimizing internal processes
•    Contribute to cross-domain coordination and represent the team in planning or governance meetings
•    Coordinate the onboarding process of new team members

What you need to have

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
•    At least five (5) years of experience in IT delivery roles (e.g., PM, Delivery Lead, or Senior Business/Functional role) in the area of Data Warehouse and Data Management
•    Proven experience in managing or coordinating the delivery of software or data warehouse solutions
•    Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to handle competing priorities
•    Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable tasks and follow up
•    A team-oriented attitude, with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership
•    Experience in the banking sector or large-scale organizations will be considered an asset
