atm and aps specialist

As an ATM & APS Specialist you will be Responsible for the implementation and  operation of the Bank’s ATM and APS network.

What you will be doing

•     Support the design of services offered through ATM and APS devices in collaboration with business areas, assisting in the implementation process.
•     Provide support for activities related to installations, modifications, deinstallations, and transfer of ATM and APS devices, ensuring coordination and collaboration.
•     Assist in analyzing potential locations for off-site ATMs, contributing to space rental agreement management.
•     Participate in monitoring the operational efficiency of the ATM and APS network, reporting and recommending improvements.
•     Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the pricing policy for services related to ATM and APS devices.
•     Participate in specifying operational requirements for the acquisition of new ATM and APS devices, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
•     Assist in monitoring and analyzing competitive trends related to on-site and off-site automated banking networks.

What you need to have

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
•    A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred.
•    At least three (3) years of working experience in ATM and APS network management, preferably in a financial institution. 
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
