Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς καθημερινά τα συστήματα κτιρίου μέσω KNX και BMS platforms.
- Εκτελείς τεχνικούς ελέγχους σε ηλεκτρικά συστήματα και συστήματα ασφαλείας.
- Ελέγχεις τακτικά συστήματα HVAC, ύδρευσης και πυρόσβεσης.
- Εκτελείς προληπτική συντήρηση και μικρές διορθωτικές εργασίες.
- Εντοπίζεις και επιλύεις τεχνικές βλάβες με τα κατάλληλα εργαλεία.
- Υποστηρίζεις τεχνικά έργα, εγκαταστάσεις και αναδιαμορφώσεις γραφείων.
- Καταγράφεις και διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα συντήρησης και τεχνικά ζητήματα μέσω JIRA.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηλεκτρολογικά συστήματα και τεχνική συντήρηση
- Συντήρηση εγκαταστάσεων και προληπτική συντήρηση
- Έγκυρη άδεια ηλεκτρολόγου (1η Ομάδα, Ειδικότητα Α)
- BMS platforms, συστήματα αυτοματισμού κτιρίων και KNX
- Συστήματα HVAC και τεχνική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
- Ηλεκτρολογικοί έλεγχοι και έλεγχοι ασφαλείας, JIRA και English language
- Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
