- Αντιδράς σε αποτυχίες υπηρεσιών εφαρμόζοντας δοσμένα βήματα επίλυσης
- Διατηρείς και βελτιώνεις εργαλεία παρακολούθησης συστημάτων
- Επιβλέπεις προμηθευτές και διασφαλίζεις την ποιότητα παροχής υπηρεσιών
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και αξιολογείς tickets τεχνικών προβλημάτων σε εταιρικό επίπεδο
- Συνεργάζεσαι με προμηθευτές τεχνολογίας για την επίλυση θεμάτων εφαρμογών και κυκλωμάτων επικοινωνίας
- Κλιμακώνεις περιστατικά και υποστηρίζεις τις έρευνες για ελαχιστοποίηση χρόνου επίλυσης
- Παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο επίλυσης και ενημερώνεις τους τελικούς χρήστες για τη διαδικασία
- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση και αναφορές για τα περιστατικά και τα βήματα επίλυσης
- Εκτελείς διαδικασίες διαχείρισης πρόσβασης χρηστών, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της παροχής και απόσυρσης δικαιωμάτων
- Χειρίζεσαι βασικές εντολές Linux και συμβάλλεις στην αναθεώρηση και βελτίωση αυτοματοποιημένων scripts
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρακτικές τεχνικής υποστήριξης και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε τεχνικό περιβάλλον
- Εμπειρία σε Technology Operations Center και δικτύωση
- Εργαλεία παρακολούθησης και συστήματα διαχείρισης ticket
- Διαχείριση συμβάντων και κλιμάκωση προβλημάτων
- Διαχείριση πρόσβασης χρηστών και εντολές Linux
- Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε βάρδιες
- Computer Science / Information Technology / related field
