- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση του ετήσιου προγράμματος χορηγιών
- Εξετάζεις αιτήματα χορηγιών και εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες ενεργοποιήσεων σύμφωνα με τους στόχους της επιχείρησης
- Σχεδιάζεις και πραγματοποιείς ενεργοποιήσεις χορηγιών στον αθλητισμό, ψυχαγωγία και πολιτιστικές συνεργασίες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις σχέσεις με συνεργάτες, πρακτορεία, χώρους και εσωτερικούς παράγοντες
- Εποπτεύεις τα δικαιώματα χορηγιών, παροχές, φιλοξενία, εισιτήρια και συμβατικές δεσμεύσεις
- Ετοιμάζεις αναφορές ενεργοποιήσεων, ενημερώσεις απόδοσης και αξιολογήσεις μετά τις εκδηλώσεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, την οικονομική παρακολούθηση και μεγάλες χορηγικές πρωτοβουλίες
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των συνεργασιών, τις τάσεις της αγοράς και νέες ευκαιρίες χορηγιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση χορηγιών και συνεργασιών σε αθλητισμό, ψυχαγωγία και πολιτισμό
- Ενεργοποιήσεις brand και προωθητικές ενέργειες marketing
- Τάσεις digital και social media
- Εμπλοκή stakeholders και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και διαχείριση συμβάσεων
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, αναφορά απόδοσης, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων

Περιγραφή Θέσης
s a Sponsorships Expert, you will bring Allwyn Hellas' sponsorship portfolio to life by delivering impactful activations, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring sponsorship rights and commitments are executed seamlessly to create memorable experiences and drive business value.
What your day to day will include:
Supporting the development and execution of the annual sponsorship roadmap
Reviewing sponsorship requests and identifying activation opportunities aligned with business objectives
Planning and delivering sponsorship activations across sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships
Managing relationships with partners, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders
Overseeing sponsorship rights, benefits, hospitality, tickets, giveaways, and contractual commitments
Preparing activation reports, performance updates, and post-event evaluations
Supporting budget management, financial follow-up, and large-scale sponsorship initiatives
Monitoring partnership performance, market trends, and new sponsorship opportunities
What you’ll bring:
BSc in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of sponsorship and partnership management experience
Strong understanding of brand activations, marketing promotions, and digital/social media trends
Proven ability to build partnerships and engage stakeholders
Positive energy, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and partners
Curiosity and willingness to bring fresh, innovative ideas within the agreed sponsorship strategy and business priorities
Experience driving best practices and continuous improvement
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in Greek and English
