- Αναθεωρείς εκθέσεις έρευνας αγοράς και προτείνεις πρωτοβουλίες μάρκετινγκ
- Συμμετέχεις στο σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής του Impulse Marketing Unit
- Σχεδιάζεις και υποστηρίζεις την εκτέλεση σχεδίων εισόδου στην αγορά με άλλες ομάδες
- Προτείνεις αναλυτικές οδηγίες σε διαφημιστικές εταιρείες και ελέγχεις την τήρηση των προδιαγραφών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Κέντρα Αριστείας για την έγκαιρη παράδοση των έργων
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς ενεργοποιήσεις στο κατάστημα, όπως προωθήσεις και εκδηλώσεις
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των καμπανιών, τον προϋπολογισμό και τους δείκτες μάρκετινγκ
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκτέλεση ομνικού κανάλιου καμπανιών
- Πραγματοποιείς επισκέψεις στην αγορά για αξιολόγηση εμπορικών ενεργειών και προτάσεις νέων μορφών λιανικής
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ρυθμιστικές υποβολές σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα ρυθμιστικών θεμάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε retail marketing, trade marketing και marketing operations
- Δεξιότητες σχεδιασμού marketing plans και διαχείρισης in-store activation
- Ικανότητα παρακολούθησης απόδοσης καμπανιών και διαχείρισης προϋπολογισμού
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Εμπειρία σε omnichannel campaign execution και συνεργασία με διαφημιστικές εταιρείες
- Εμπειρία σε market research analysis και market visits
- Υποστήριξη ρυθμιστικών υποβολών
- Communication / Marketing / Business Administrationκατά προτίμηση
