- Μεταφράζεις δεδομένα σε κατανοητές και εφαρμόσιμες επιχειρησιακές πληροφορίες
- Διεξάγεις τακτικές και έκτακτες αναλύσεις για CRM, Loyalty και εμπορικές ενεργοποιήσεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και διατηρείς dashboards και αναφορές με εργαλεία όπως Power BI και Tableau
- Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες επικύρωσης δεδομένων για διασφάλιση ακρίβειας και αξιοπιστίας
- Παρουσιάζεις αναλύσεις και εμπορικά insights σε διοίκηση κατόπιν αιτήματος
- Σχεδιάζεις και παρακολουθείς KPI πελατοκεντρικά για αξιολόγηση πρωτοβουλιών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την κάλυψη αναλυτικών αναγκών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τεχνικές ομάδες για καθορισμό απαιτήσεων data engineering και BI
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες SQL και εμπειρία σε Python, R, SAS, SPSS Modeler
- Γνώση στατιστικών μοντέλων και προχωρημένων αναλυτικών τεχνικών
- Εμπειρία σε Data Mining και Big Data Analysis
- Ικανότητες σε Data Visualization με Power BI και Tableau
- Ισχυρή αναλυτική σκέψη, επιχειρησιακή αντίληψη και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Καλή γνώση MS Office
- Στατιστική / Μαθηματικά / Μηχανική / Πληροφορική / Αναλυτική Δεδομένωνκατά προτίμηση
