- Συντάσσεις και ελέγχεις εταιρικά νομικά έγγραφα.
- Παρέχεις νομική υποστήριξη σε έργα εταιρικής αναδιάρθρωσης.
- Εκτελείς διαδικασίες Due diligence και αξιολογήσεις κινδύνων για εταιρικές συναλλαγές.
- Παρέχεις νομικό έλεγχο και υποστήριξη σε νέες επιχειρηματικές πρωτοβουλίες και συναλλαγές Συγχωνεύσεων και εξαγορών.
- Παρέχεις νομική υποστήριξη για χρηματοοικονομικές δομές, συμβάσεις με τράπεζες, ομολογιακά δάνεια και πιστωτικές συμβάσεις.
- Αναπτύσσεις πολιτικές εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης και σχετικό υλικό.
- Παρέχεις έγκαιρες και επιχειρησιακά προσανατολισμένες νομικές συμβουλές σε εσωτερικά ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη.
- Παρακολουθείς τις αλλαγές στο κανονιστικό και νομικό πλαίσιο και αξιολογείς τον αντίκτυπό τους στις λειτουργίες.
- Εντοπίζεις νομικούς κινδύνους και προτείνεις μέτρα μετριασμού.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εταιρικό και εταιρικό δίκαιο, νομικές συμβουλές και γνωμοδοτήσεις
- Due diligence, αξιολόγηση κινδύνων και συγχωνεύσεις και εξαγορές
- Έλεγχος συμβάσεων και χρηματοοικονομικές δομές και πιστωτικές συμβάσεις
- Εταιρική αναδιάρθρωση και εταιρική διακυβέρνηση
- Παρακολούθηση κανονιστικού και νομικού πλαισίου και μετριασμός νομικών κινδύνων
- Σύνταξη νομικών εγγράφων, διαπραγμάτευση, αγγλική και ελληνική γλώσσα
- Νομική / Εταιρικό Δίκαιο / Επιχειρηματικό Δίκαιο
