- Αναπτύσσεις τον σχεδιασμό του έργου από τα προκαταρκτικά μέχρι τα πλήρη σχέδια κατασκευής και την τεκμηρίωση με εργαλεία σχεδίασης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα ανατεθειμένα έργα από την έναρξη μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση, αναλύοντας στοιχεία για παροχή αρχιτεκτονικών λύσεων
- Εξετάζεις λεπτομερώς τις αρχιτεκτονικές προτάσεις
- Ετοιμάζεις και παρακολουθείς τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές με βάση την ελληνική νομοθεσία για το σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη κτιρίων
- Διασυνδέεσαι με κρατικές αρχές και βοηθάς σε τεχνική διαχειριστική υποστήριξη
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τα μέλη της ομάδας έργου και συναδέλφους για την ευθυγράμμιση ενεργειών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων και σχεδιασμός
- AutoCAD και MS Office
- 3D rendering
- Αρχιτεκτονικός σχεδιασμός και γνώση νομικού πλαισίου
- Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικός (E/M) σχεδιασμός
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, παρουσίασης και ομαδικής εργασίας
- Διασύνδεση με κρατικούς φορείς
- Αρχιτεκτονική / Πολιτική Μηχανική / Τοπογραφική Μηχανικήκατά προτίμηση
