Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα Application Support, ενισχύοντας τη συνεργασία και την απόδοσή της.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ιεραρχείς incidents, service requests και tickets, διασφαλίζοντας έγκαιρη επίλυση και τήρηση SLA.
- Εκτελείς root cause analysis και συντονίζεις μόνιμες διορθώσεις για επαναλαμβανόμενα προβλήματα εφαρμογών.
- Επιβλέπεις τα συστήματα application monitoring και alerting για την προληπτική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες DevOps και υποδομών για CI/CD pipelines, deployments και σταθερότητα περιβαλλόντων.
- Συντηρείς και βελτιώνεις scripts και εργαλεία automation για monitoring, reporting και υποστηρικτικές εργασίες.
- Αξιοποιείς logs εφαρμογών, μετρήσεις απόδοσης και telemetry για diagnostics και βελτιστοποίηση.
- Συντονίζεις αναβαθμίσεις, patches και αλλαγές διαμόρφωσης εφαρμογών με ελάχιστη διακοπή για τους χρήστες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι access controls, security configurations και απαιτήσεις συμμόρφωσης των υποστηριζόμενων εφαρμογών.
- Τεκμηριώνεις τεχνικές διαδικασίες, οδηγούς troubleshooting και γνωστά ζητήματα.

- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηγεσία ομάδας Application Support
- Υποστήριξη enterprise software εφαρμογών και διαχείριση incidents και service requests
- Root cause analysis, application diagnostics και telemetry
- Application monitoring και alerting, με Monitoring tools
- CI/CD και scripting για automation
- Spring και Spring Boot, JavaEE/JakartaEE, Docker και Kubernetes
- Relational και non-relational databases
- Configuration management και access control και security configuration
- Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Πληροφορική / Διοίκηση Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
