- Ηγείσαι και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα υποστήριξης εφαρμογών με επίβλεψη απόδοσης και προώθηση συνεργασίας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ιεραρχείς περιστατικά, αιτήματα υπηρεσιών και προβλήματα, διασφαλίζοντας έγκαιρη επίλυση και τήρηση SLA
- Εκτελείς ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας (RCA) και συντονίζεις μόνιμες διορθώσεις για επαναλαμβανόμενα ζητήματα εφαρμογών
- Εποπτεύεις τα συστήματα παρακολούθησης εφαρμογών και ειδοποιήσεων για προληπτική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες DevOps και υποδομής για υποστήριξη CI/CD, ανάπτυξη και σταθερότητα περιβάλλοντος
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και βελτιώνεις αυτοματοποιημένα scripts και εργαλεία για παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη εφαρμογών
- Εξασφαλίζεις χρήση δεδομένων τηλεμετρίας, logs και μετρήσεων απόδοσης για διάγνωση και βελτιστοποίηση
- Συντονίζεις αναβαθμίσεις, patches και αλλαγές ρυθμίσεων με ελάχιστη διακοπή χρήσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ελέγχους πρόσβασης, ρυθμίσεις ασφαλείας και συμμόρφωση των εφαρμογών
- Τεκμηριώνεις τεχνικές διαδικασίες, οδηγούς αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων και γνωστά θέματα για την οικοδόμηση βάσης γνώσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ηγεσία ομάδας υποστήριξης εφαρμογών
- Διαχείριση συμβάντων και προβλημάτων με ανάλυση βασικής αιτίας (RCA)
- Παρακολούθηση εφαρμογών και ειδοποιήσεις με εργαλεία Grafana και Kibana
- Συνεργασία με DevOps για CI/CD, ανάπτυξη και σταθερότητα περιβάλλοντος
- Automation scripting και τεχνική τεκμηρίωση
- Spring Framework και JavaEE/JakartaEE
- Docker και Kubernetes
- Databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Εργαλεία διαχείρισης ρυθμίσεων (puppet/ansible)
- Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Πληροφορική / Διοίκηση Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
