Technology Stream (Software Development or AI Engineering) 

Choose your path: Software Development or Artificial Intelligence Engineering. Depending on the path you choose, you'll work alongside experts who: 

💻 Software Development: Design, develop and scale the systems that power our business. 

🤖 AI Engineering: Build and apply AI solutions that enhance decisions, products and customer experiences. 

Whichever path you choose, you'll build practical experience, develop technical expertise and see how technology, innovation and AI are used to solve real business challenges at scale.

What we’re looking for:

• Recently completed (or soon-to-be completed) Master's or Integrated Master's degree

• Academic background in Data, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

• 0-2 years of professional experience in any business-related area

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English

• Analytical thinking, growth mindset and eagerness to learn

• Accountability, collaboration and openness to new challenges

• Military obligations fulfilled or eligibility to defer military service for 3 years, where applicable

• Availability for full-time employment in Athens (hybrid) 

Technical skills you'll need depending on the path you choose

💻 Software Development: Knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g. Java, or similar), understanding of common backend concepts and development tools, familiarity with APIs, testing, version control and clean coding principles, and interest in modern software development practices. 

🤖 AI Engineering: Knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals, understanding of Python or similar programming languages, familiarity with APIs, testing, version control and clean coding principles, awareness of ethical AI and data privacy considerations, and interest in applying AI and Generative AI technologies to real business challenges.

What to expect throughout the Allwyn Rocket Graduate program 

Over 15 months, you'll progress through three stages designed to help you explore, experience, and take ownership.

• Explore (2.5 months): Rotate across the business, build a strong network, and understand how Allwyn works end-to-end. 

• Experience (2.5 months): Work with key stakeholders, take on real responsibilities, and collaborate across teams.

• Own (9 months): Join your host team, deepen your expertise, contribute to meaningful business challenges, and lead your own Business Impact Project.

Throughout the program, you'll receive continuous learning, regular feedback and the support you need to grow and succeed.
