Data Science & Analytics Stream (Data Analytics or Business Intelligence)

Choose your path: Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Depending on the path you choose, you'll work alongside experts who:

What we’re looking for:

• Recently completed (or soon-to-be completed) Master's or Integrated Master's degree

• Academic background in Data, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

• 0-2 years of professional experience in any business-related area

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English

• Analytical thinking, growth mindset and eagerness to learn

• Accountability, collaboration and openness to new challenges

• Military obligations fulfilled or eligibility to defer military service for 3 years, where applicable

• Availability for full-time employment in Athens (hybrid) 

Technical skills you'll need depending on the path you choose:

📈 Data Analytics: Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R), ability to analyze, transform and visualize data using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, understanding of reporting, dashboarding and automation techniques, and awareness of customer segmentation, predictive analytics and AI/ML applications. 
🧠 Business Intelligence (BI): Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, analysis and data management, understanding of Python, R or similar programming languages for analytical problem-solving, familiarity with data architecture, data modeling and database design principles, and ability to leverage data to generate business insights and support decision-making.

What to expect throughout the Allwyn Rocket Graduate program 

Over 15 months, you'll progress through three stages designed to help you explore, experience, and take ownership.

• Explore (2.5 months): Rotate across the business, build a strong network, and understand how Allwyn works end-to-end. 

• Experience (2.5 months): Work with key stakeholders, take on real responsibilities, and collaborate across teams.

• Own (9 months): Join your host team, deepen your expertise, contribute to meaningful business challenges, and lead your own Business Impact Project.

Throughout the program, you'll receive continuous learning, regular feedback and the support you need to grow and succeed.
