- Καταχωρείς και υπολογίζεις με ακρίβεια όλες τις χρηματοοικονομικές συναλλαγές και πάγια στο Γενικό Καθολικό και SAP
- Εκδίδεις ή συλλέγεις τιμολόγια σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις και ελέγχεις τη συμμόρφωσή τους με διαδικασίες και συμβάσεις
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ορθή φορολογική εκτίμηση και διαχείριση των συναλλαγών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ, φορολογικών κωδικών και υποχρεώσεων παρακράτησης φόρου
- Προετοιμάζεις και ανεβάζεις αρχεία προβλέψεων για τις πληρωμές της εταιρείας
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένο το μητρώο παγίων και υπολογίζεις αποσβέσεις
- Κατανέμεις εγκαίρως και με ακρίβεια το κόστος για όλες τις συναλλαγές και πληρωμές στα αντίστοιχα τμήματα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη συμμόρφωση με myDATA, εξασφαλίζοντας σωστή μετάδοση δεδομένων, επίλυση διαφορών και συμφωνία με τα λογιστικά βιβλία, τις δηλώσεις ΦΠΑ και το E3
- Εξισορροπείς διάφορους λογαριασμούς ακριβώς και εγκαίρως, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των SAP αρχείων και των υπολοίπων πελατών και προμηθευτών
- Συμμετέχεις στο ετήσιο κλείσιμο των λογιστικών βιβλίων και στην προετοιμασία του ετήσιου ισολογισμού
- Υποστηρίζεις τη λογιστική αναφορά, τη αρχειοθέτηση συναλλαγών και έκτακτες εργασίες σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της επιχείρησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την αρχειοθέτηση χρηματοοικονομικών συναλλαγών για διαθεσιμότητα, ακρίβεια και ασφάλεια δεδομένων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Τήρησης Βιβλίων, Λογιστικών Αρχών και Φορολογικού Ελέγχου και Συμμόρφωσης
- Εμπειρία στη Διαχείριση Γενικού Καθολικού, Διαχείριση Περιουσιακών Στοιχείων και Αριθμητικές Δεξιότητες
- Εξοικείωση με SAP και Συμμόρφωση myDATA
- Δεξιότητες στη Διαχείριση Τιμολογίων, Κατανομή Κόστους και Εξισορρόπηση Λογαριασμών
- Ικανότητες Αρχειοθέτησης Δεδομένων και Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητες Ομαδικής Συνεργασίας
- Λογιστική / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Χρηματοοικονομικά
