To contribute to the key strategic objectives of the Marine and Protective Coatings business unit, by providing regular support to sales teams.
Supporting South cluster but workload will mainly focus on Greece initially.
Position is based at Kryoneri Attikis.
Key Activities to perform
Marketing administration
- Support the organization of various local customer events and trade shows, working closely with central functions and agencies and coordinating with the local commercial organization on the agenda and customer-related activities (invitations, direct customer communication, dinners, promotional material, hotel bookings, point of contact etc.).
- Supports direct structural communication with key customers on important and relevant information sharing and requests (for example: direct newsletter).
- Identify promotional activities for the country, help to build the relevant content, and align this with the Regional marketing manager (strategy and budget).
- Collects local market intelligence information and share it with the commercial organization.
- Supports professional implementation of product launches and campaigns in line with the global or Regional marketing plan to maximize effects in Greece.
*Workload will peak around times of large exhibitions and trade shows.
Sales administration
- Create basic offers based on country price list to prospect new clients.
- Preparation of materials for customer meetings.
- Co-ordinate and send mass communication to customers including notification of price increases.
- Produce reports using SAP/BI/CRM/product data for distribution to sales, customers, government bodies (for example VOC reports, OBM guidance).
- Collect all necessary documentation to support contracts including Health and Safety data, MSDS documents. Information will be collated from various sources.
- Adheres to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct/HS&E standards and acts in compliance with all regulations.
Experience and Skills essential to perform
Experience
- Experience of 1-3 years in Sales Support/Marketing in B2B environment will be an asset
